Not a "soft gel"

I love the size of this cold pack. It isn't quite what I expected but it still works well. It is colder than my other ice packs because it is a firmer ice pack than my other soft gel ice packs. Make sure you have a cloth barrier between it and your skin!

Great size for icing after shoulder surgery

I was looking for a large soft ice pack to ice my neck, shoulder, and back after my shoulder surgery. The size is perfect, its flexibility lets me would it to all the parts at once and it folds smaller so as not to take up to much space in my freezer so that I can leave it frozen - ready of the next icing session. The only think I would wish for is that it would stay cold longer. While its good for about 15-20 min, it feels sooo good I would love for it to stay colder longer.

It feels good and it don't turn in to a block of ice when put in freezer

Loved it could rap it around my daughter leg when she comes from a game to calm her muscles out 20min each leg and her back aswellI usually fold it and put it in a big freezer ziplok bag ( so it won't get that freezer smell and keep it in there all the time and it also has a nice light weight witch is the jell that make it feel really good on your back

I love this thing, but be careful. I was laying on it with a t-shirt on, the space between my t-shirt and pants maybe like an inch or two got some major ice burns. Never even knew this was possible. It was very painful, so be careful! This thing holds it's cold longer than any thing I've had.
