EASY TO USE

feels great and works great

simple and short thats how this will be, do you like to make sure you wont get frost bite they have that covered this is a well made well built product that can last for years and is designed for ease of use. personally i wish that i could feel even more cold thru it but then again how much cold i like to feel is probably bad for the skin so id say honestly this is a perfect product for what its intended for.

Good product overall but smaller in size than expected

Very well made product . Only suggestion would be to make it larger for average-large people (currently seems for smaller people).

Shoulder ice pack

Had a couple of the magic packs, elbow and shoulder. Can be a bit fidgety to put on. But it does help with the pain. Good value for money. Arrived faster than expected.
